The conference gives you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with other healthcare travelers, “earn CEU’s for classes specific to the industry, and meet agency representatives in a relaxed, low-pressure setting,” according to the Travelers Conference website. “This event has grown into the largest gathering of healthcare travelers in the United States.”
The conference will be hosted at The Rio in Las Vegas. Jeff Solheim of Project Helping Hands will be the keynote speaker. More than 30 round-table discussions and seminars will take place on many interesting topics, including RV living, contract negotiation, PBDS tips, and technology. Click here for a full schedule. Several courses and re-certification classes will be offered on the following:
Also, a Newbie Boot Camp will take place from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Sept. 13. It’s a workshop for those who are just starting out as a travel nurse and was very popular last year. Other classes on Sept. 13 include a Medical Spanish Intensive and Recruiter Training.
“The Travelers Conference is organized by volunteers who are themselves current or former travelers, and hosted in conjunction with PanTravelers — the Traveler’s Association,” according to the Travelers Conference website. The Right Solutions is excited to be a sponsor of the Travelers Conference again. We look forward to seeing you at the conference! Come and see us at our booth.
