I made an amazing mocha for Pros & Cons this month. It’s based off Starbucks’ White Chocolate Mocha. This copycat version was easy to make and very good. It’s perfect for the holidays. You must try it.
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate baking chips
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
- Whipped cream, garnish
- Cinnamon, garnish
- White chocolate shavings, garnish.
Add milk and chocolate chips to 8″x 8″ glass baking dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix chips until dissolved in milk. Pour 1/2 of the milk mixture into large mug. Add hot coffee. (I used Folgers.) Then, put the remaining milk mixture into mug. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and white chocolate shavings. Enjoy.
- Easy to make
- Not healthy
- Some don’t like whipped cream or coffee
What’s your favorite kind of mocha?
