Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team! As an established, yet growing company, this is an excellent chance to be a part of our overall success! The Business Systems Analyst provides application support, business requirements analysis, business system/user interface design, pre-project planning, and small project management for the community of users within the company.

Healthcare Recruiter - Sales Position

We are seeking to hire and train sales professionals to work in our corporate office in Tontitown, AR. Sales experience not required. Once trained, you will be contacting qualified nurses in an effort to sell them on the benefits of a temporary nursing assignment with our client hospitals around the nation.  Our 6-month paid sales training includes: Professional Selling Skills, Emotional Intelligence analysis, DISC behavioral assessments and comprehensive clinical terminology. Our in-depth sales training will provide you with lifelong interpersonal skills applicable to any industry.

We are seeking a Profile Coordinator to join our team! As an established, yet growing company, this is an excellent chance to be a part of our overall success!

The Profile Coordinator is responsible for processing new leads coming into TRS Healthcare and assisting Healthcare Professionals with completing TRS credentialing needs. The Profile Coordinator walks the Healthcare Professional through the application process and helps build a stellar profile for the Healthcare Professional. This profile is the first thing that a hospital sees when selecting a Healthcare Professional and is vital to the recruitment process.

If you are someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills this would be the job for you! To succeed in the Profile Coordinator position you must be flexible, organized, and have a positive attitude.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate with 2 years’ experience in a customer service related field or college degree (preferred).
