Taylor Faught is Chief Executive Officer of TRS Healthcare and co-owner, along with his wife and President of TRS Healthcare, Julia Faught.
Taylor has been with TRS Healthcare since 2005, serving as the Vice President of Marketing prior to taking over the organization in 2013, when the company’s founder Dianna Wright announced her plan to step down for health reasons.
Under Taylor’s leadership, the company rebranded from The Right Solutions to TRS Healthcare. In addition, Taylor oversaw the expansion of the company’s offerings to include managed services for healthcare organizations under the brand name TRS Managed Services, as well as the acquisition of Career Knacks International Staffing, which was rebranded to TRS International.
With Taylor as CEO, the company ranked 16th on the list of Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the U.S. in 2023, as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), with revenues of $315.4 million and a compound annual growth rate between of 68.4% between 2018 and 2022.
Under Taylor’s leadership, TRS Healthcare has been recognized numerous times as a “Best Places to Work” company, with awards from SIA and Arkansas Business. The company also received the first NATHO Impact award for its commitment to providing healthcare staffing services to rural and critical access hospitals and underserved communities across the U.S.
A long-time community advocate, Taylor serves on the board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas, and he supports national and local organizations and charities, including the American Diabetes Association, Boy Scouts of America, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of NWA, the American Legion, several hospital foundations and events, local schools, Wichita’s Littlest Heroes, and other charities in Northwest Arkansas.
Taylor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received an MBA from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR.
Jimmie Bilby is the Chief Growth Officer of TRS Healthcare. He oversees daily operations of the Travel Nursing, International, and Managed Services divisions of the company. Jimmie has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and is passionate about helping rural hospitals maximize their “People” potential by leveraging tools and resources they may not know they have.
Caleb English is the Chief Financial Officer of TRS Healthcare. He has served in many roles in his 17 years with the company. Caleb graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BSBA in Economics and Finance and received an MBA from the University of Arkansas. He has a skilled and unique approach to making financials engaging, interesting, and easy to understand.
